SEMINARS

Our program consists of three basic seminars - Learning Love 1, 2, and 3, an Advanced Process, three specialized workshops, one on Healing Shame, another on Healing Shock and Trauma and the third on Sexuality and Intimacy.  We also offer a Training for deeper exploration and understanding of the work.

The founders, Krishnananda and Amana offer a holiday retreat once every two years in Bali and also offer a special program of individual and couples work in the form of sessions in Sedona, Arizona, USA called, “The Sedona Experience.” With the exception of the training and the Advanced Process, the seminars can be taken in any order as they each deal with different aspects of learning how to love. The Training and the Advanced Process has a pre-requisite of one of the basic Learning Love seminars.

THE ADVANCED LEARNING LOVE PROCESS

This is an advanced Learning Love process for those who are already familiar with the work.  It is an opportunity to discover how to live with integrity, accountability and clarity rather than from emotional reaction.

Normally, we live in a way in which, unconsciously, we are ruled by our emotions – by our regressed child. This can show itself in

  • our dramas and conflicts in relationship,
  • our addictive behaviors,
  • our lack of commitment and focus,
  • the ways we sabotage our creativity and our power,
  • the ways we isolate ourselves and avoid to take risks, or
  • in difficulties in our sexuality.

Living and relating beyond emotions requires a willingness to observe ourselves closely, lovingly and persistently.  It means learning to understand and watch our emotions rather than reacting unconsciously and automatically when we are provoked or disturbed.  It also means learning to communicate in a way which honors our own needs and the needs of the other person.

In this five day intensive, we will be teaching specific skills for dealing with the ways that our emotions control us.  We will be looking at emotional reactions, addictions, self-sabotage, power games, defensiveness, and negative patterns and learning tools to move beyond them.  Ultimately, living beyond the rule of our emotions means being accountable for our actions, our words and having integrity in the way we relate.
