SEMINARS

Our program consists of three basic seminars - Learning Love 1, 2, and 3, an Advanced Process, three specialized workshops, one on Healing Shame, another on Healing Shock and Trauma and the third on Sexuality and Intimacy. We also offer a Training for deeper exploration and understanding of the work.

The founders, Krishnananda and Amana offer a holiday retreat once every two years in Bali and also offer a special program of individual and couples work in the form of sessions in Sedona, Arizona, USA called, “The Sedona Experience.” With the exception of the training and the Advanced Process, the seminars can be taken in any order as they each deal with different aspects of learning how to love. The Training and the Advanced Process has a pre-requisite of one of the basic Learning Love seminars.

LEARNING LOVE 2 - LOVE, TRUST AND FREEDOM

Learning to love is a process of learning to trust again.

Most of us have misunderstandings about trust and love. Our trust is based on how others relate to us and our love is conditional on what we receive from others.

Out of our misunderstanding of trust and love, we sabotage intimacy with old habits of blaming, reacting, demanding, isolating, closing down and being dishonest.

These old habits arise out of the trances we enter into - hypnotic states that come from our early wounds. They cause us to see the world, others and ourselves not as it really is but just as it was when we were a child.

When we are in trance, we mistrust, are dishonest, feel misunderstood and rejected and we lose ourselves.

The journey toward real trust, love and freedom is a process of learning to trust ourselves again.

This process of recovery includes:

1) Rediscovering and reclaiming our natural life energy.

2) Learning to trust our own feelings, thoughts and intuition.

3) Learning to stay present, feeling and accepting whatever experience is coming to us each moment

4) Taking risks to being honest and accountable, to open and to expose our vulnerability.

By developing these four tools, we begin a process of coming home to ourselves.

This workshop is a process of learning to live in freedom, coming out of dependency and isolation and learning to be with ourselves and others in a new way.
