Accessing the deepest fears, without avoidance and with acceptance is at the core of this work, and this opens up to more and more relaxation and inner connection. And also, to a deeper contact with vulnerability and sensitivity. I feel so grateful that this work came quite early into my life, and taught me that it is okay to be with the shame and that it wasn’t true what I believed; that I was flawed. Why is it so much easier to see other peoples beauty than our own?
