In these seven days, we are going to combine days of silent meditation with days of developing emotional clarity, space, openness and acceptance.
When we speak about reconnecting with ourselves, we’re basically going to be exploring two aspects.
One is paying close attention to our thoughts, our feelings and body sensations. Watching our personality structure with a lot of love and acceptance. The second is more profound. It’s a palatable sense of inner connectedness, fullness, and spaciousness that is essential to our being and is discovered through love and meditation.
As we go along in these seven days, we will be exploring these two aspects of reconnection.
We will start with a day of emotional work, sharing, and teaching, followed by five days of silence and meditation, and end with a day of exploration and sharing.
To support the process, we will invite each participant to meet alone with either Krish or Amana during the days of silence.
