Most of us have or still struggle with low self-esteem – In this Video Class, we will talk about how we can begin the journey of recovering our authentic self-love and self-esteem.

We devote this video class to the topic of abandonment not only because it can be provoked in many ways during this difficult time for all of us but also because it is so basic to the work. So much of our inner disturbance, anxiety, and suffering comes directly from this wound.

We know that so many of you have already been very deeply affected by the corona virus and it is naturally bringing up a lot of fear. Because of this we have decided to offer a video class specifically on Transforming Fear, and how to use this situation for deep inner transformation instead of getting lost in the collective fear and panic.

In our essence we are all full of joy, fun, love, energy, curiosity and wonder. It is just that our essence has become so covered with our woundedness and we have become so identified with that, that we don’t have access to it any longer.

Perhaps we’re not so aware that we’re being attacked by this part of us inside because we may have become accustomed to feeling that we’re wrong, that we’ve done something wrong, or believing that we’re just not good enough.

One of the things that most drain our life energy is the feeling or perception that we are a victim of circumstances and not recognizing that our life is fully in our own hands.
Most of our complaining and negativity comes from this misperception.

Perhaps you may have noticed that when you feel attracted to someone, when you look up to someone, when someone becomes really important to you, when you want attention, respect, approval, affection, or recognition from someone, you may lose a sense of yourself.

Restoring our own individual inner love flow. Love is our essential nature. However, for many of us, our early life traumas have derailed us from feeling the love flow inside.

Maintaining, Repairing and Enhancing Love Flow with another Person. In this video class, we are going to focus on the flow of love in connection with another person; particularly those you are close to and who are really significant for you.

The power of guilt is strong. Perhaps most of us can relate to times in our lives, even today, when we give up our truth because of guilt.
