This is a carefully crafted teaching course that presents the essentials of The Learning Love Work in a simple and concise way.
There are eight sections to this course.
We teach it in a way so that you can use this material and refer to it repeatedly to help guide you through difficult but important aspects of your life.
Each section has three parts. First, a teaching of the topic, followed by a guided meditation to give you a direct experience of what we were teaching.
We end with some questions that you can take into your life as a way of continuing to work with the issue.

This model is the foundation of The Learning Love Work. It describes three different states of being.
In this section, you will be learning the ways the wound of shame shows itself in your life and how it often runs our life without our knowledge.
This wound arising from early life traumas can cause us to experience deep anxiety and panic; even to shut down so that we may be unable to feel, think, speak clearly, or even move.
The vulnerability side and the life energy side describe two different and vital aspects of our being.
This wound is a sense of missing connection arising from early experiences of neglect, lack of attunement, and support for your essence.
In the immature state, we don’t want to feel discomfort, pain, or disturbance and when these feelings are triggered, we easily feel overwhelmed and become reactive, impulsive, emotional, controlling, isolating, or aggressive.
In life and in our relating, we are invited to learn two vital lessons for living, containment and authenticity.
In this section we teach the ten basic principles that pave the way for healthy intimacy and sexuality.
